Marcus joined Harley Street Specialist Hospital having previously worked in senior roles in some of London’s best known private hospitals. He was intrinsic in helping to set their strategic aims in aligning them with the needs of their patients. He is a highly experienced leader and has successfully delivered a broad range of initiatives including the delivery of multi-million-pound projects as well as changes in organisations process management contributing significantly to the successful delivery of their qualitative and commercial KPIs. Prior to working in the private healthcare sector Marcus was employed by some of the most well-known hotels in both London and Hong Kong.
