Our Urology consultants deal with a variety of patients experiencing a range of urological problems. They carry out investigations and treatments on a daily basis using minimally invasive tools such as endoscopes and cystoscopes. A big part of their role is to help patients on how to manage ongoing conditions and concerns, such as living with a urine stoma. All our surgeons are trained to perform urology, robot-assisted surgery which is used to treat a variety of conditions such as bladder, kidney and prostate cancers or other non-cancer conditions of these organs. The most used robotic procedure in urology is prostatectomy (removal of the prostate).
